Privacy Policy

Information pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 and consent to data processing

Dear user, B5 Srl would like to inform you that the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter "GDPR") protects natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, processing will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, security and transparency to protect your confidentiality.
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR, in relation to your personal data1(hereinafter also "data"), B5 Srl will collect by you freely filling in contact forms on the website or through online campaigns, we provide the following information:
  1. Data controller and data protection officer
    The data controller is B5 Srl with registered office in Medicina, via Sabbionara 611 Vat no. 03675751204. The data controller can be contacted by e-mail at: ftesoro@vfgstrade.com.
  2. Purposes of Data processing
    The Data provided by you to B5 by freely filling in contact forms on the B5 website or through online campaigns will be processed by automated means for marketing purposes, functional to the development of B5's business activities (performed directly or through the work of specialised companies designated as data processors), for which, pursuant to the GDPR, you have the right to grant or deny your consent, such as the sending of commercial communications and/or advertising and/or promotional material relating to B5 products and services carried out by means of distance communication techniques with automated (email) and traditional (paper mail) contact methods;
  3. Legal basis for processing
    The legal basis for processing is the consent you have given.
  4. Consequences of the failure to disclose Data and provide consent
    Failure to disclose your Data and provide the required consent prevents the processing of your Data for the purposes indicated.
  5. Data Retention
    Your Data, processed for the above-mentioned purposes, will be retained for a period of 24 months and, thereafter, for as long as B5 is subject to retention obligations for purposes required by law or regulations.
  6. Data Recipients - Data Processors
    Your Data may be communicated to B5's IT consultants or to third parties carrying out sector studies and statistical and market research, who may process the Data within the limits of the tasks received as data processors.
  7. Dissemination of data
    The dissemination of Data is excluded.
  8. Rights of the data subject
    Your rights under the GDPR include:
    • Requesting the data controller to access your Data; rectification of inaccurate Data or integration of incomplete Data; deletion of your Data (if one of the conditions indicated in art. 17(1) of the GDPR applies and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article) to the e-mail address: marketing@vfgstrade.com; limiting the processing of your Data (in the event of one of the cases referred to in Article. 18(1) of the GDPR);
    • requesting and obtaining from the data controller - where the legal basis for the processing is a contract or consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means - your Data in a structured and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to data portability);
    • objecting to the processing of your Data at any time in the event of special situations concerning you; and objecting to the processing of your Data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling for the aforementioned direct marketing purposes, at any time;
    • withdrawing consent at any time, limited to cases where processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes. Processing based on consent and carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent shall, however, remain lawful;
    • file a complaint with a supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority - Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali – www.garanteprivacy.it).
